Review: Ophelia P.I.
Ophelia is an immortal. She's been around for centuries. Had many jobs over the years, but in the 1950's she's found her calling as a witchy private investigator.
When someone brings a note containing the secret code for her Circle, Ophelia is on the case. The code was never supposed to be written down. But even stranger, it was found on a dead man.
This was a fun cozy mystery. I've never read a witchy cozy mystery, so it was interesting to see how the magic played into the whole thing.
Lockhaven and Lacroix made the 1950's vibe a pulpy and fun.
Honestly, fun is just the best word for this book.
